1. For any purchase of Onkyo Products mentioned below on the period of October 12, 2015 to February 22, 2016 at our participating dealers, customer is entitled for a Rockwell movie pass and one Raffle entry.
2. To avail the Rockwell movie pass and one raffle entry, customer must fill up a raffle coupon and input the necessary details on a registration sheet provided by our dealers.
a. (1) Rockwell Movie Pass shall be given for the purchase of the ff.: TX-SR444, TX-NR545, TX-NR646
b. (2) Rockwell Movie Pass shall be given for the purchase of the ff.: TX-NR747, TX-RZ800,TX-RZ900, TX-NR1030, TX-NR3030, PR-SC5530, PA-MC5501, HT-S5805, HT-S7705, HT-S9700 THX.
3. Every Single Rockwell Movie Pass will be entitled for (1) Single Person for (1) Single Movie only.
4. Raffle coupons must be filled up with the following: Complete Name, Mailing Address, Contact No., Email Address, Dealer Name, Date of Purchase, Item Purchased, Sales Invoice No., Serial No. and Affixed Signature, and drop your entries at the drop boxes located at the designated promo area mentioned below.
5. Prizes:
Deadline of Submission of entries: February 22, 2016- Store closing hours (6:30pm). Late entries will not be accepted.
6. Manual Raffle draw will be held at Toyama Inc. Showroom located at Mezzanine Level, The West Wing Building, 107 West Avenue, Quezon City, 6:30pm and with the presence of a DTI representative on February 29, 2016.
7. All prizes are transferrable but cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
For Trip for (2) at Dolby Theater Los Angeles, USA prize
Inclusions:
Round trip, 4 Days 3 Nights to Los Angeles USA with Economy Flight and One Room Hotel Accommodation Twin Sharing at Loews Hollywood Hotel. Trip will cover a 1 Day Tour with lunch meal good for a day at Dolby Theater in Los Angeles USA.
Exclusions:
Visa Application, Pocket money, travel taxes, breakfast, lunch, dinner meals and other miscellaneous fees not outlined above will be shouldered by the Travelling party.
8.All those travelling must have valid passports (6 months valid prior to departure) valid for travel and applicable visas which is the sole responsibility of the Travelling Party.
9. A travel certificate will be issued to the 1st prize winner and would be given a 6 Months validity period from the date of issuance to the winner.
10. All participants can only win once.
11. All winners will be notified through a registered mail, phone call, magazine and on our facebook page.
12. To claim the prize winner must present a notification letter, proof of purchase and (1) valid Government I.D.
13. Winners of the prizes will be required to personally pick-up their prizes at Toyama Inc. Showroom office (Mezzanine Level, The West Wing Building, 107 West Avenue, Quezon City) for the GMA Winners. For provincial winners, prizes can be claimed at Classic Hi-Fi office (3rd Level Phase 2- B Ayala Center Cebu Business Park) for Cebu winners, and Better Component office (Juan Luna St., Corner Juan Dela Cruz, Davao City) for Davao Winners.
14. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within 60 (sixty) days from receipt of notification letter. Failure to claim within the allotted period forfeits the winner’s right over the prize with prior DTI approval.
15. 20% Tax for the prizes exceeding PHP 10,000 will be shouldered by Toyama Inc., OTHERWISE expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
16. All Employees of Toyama Inc. and participating dealers, its advertising agency, sponsors, suppliers, and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
